As the head of Interactive Narrative Design and Dialogue Systems at Riot Games supporting League Studio, I lead a multidisciplinary creative organization delivering narrative experiences across multiple live games and player-facing platforms within the League of Legends ecosystem.

I partner closely with Design, Art, Product, Publishing, and Creative Leadership to develop scalable narrative systems, player engagement strategies, and worldbuilding initiatives that strengthen player connection to characters, progression, and the evolving world of Runeterra.

My work spans narrative direction, narrative systems design, live service storytelling, character development, voice performance, and cross-functional creative execution across a wide range of interactive experiences, including:

  • Seasonal narrative events and live service story arcs designed to deepen long-term player engagement

  • Narrative integration for gameplay systems, metagames, progression experiences, and limited-time modes

  • Development of original champions and alternate universe reinterpretations through character voice, narrative identity, and thematic worldbuilding

  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration with game design teams to ensure narrative supports gameplay clarity, emotional resonance, and player motivation

  • Large-scale in-game narrative experiences tied to global tentpole events, esports activations, and seasonal content releases

  • Interactive adaptation of linear media properties, including Arcane, into gameplay and player-facing experiences

  • Voice casting, performance direction, and narrative implementation across globally localized content pipelines

  • Environmental storytelling, NPC dialogue systems, item naming, in-game text, and player-facing narrative content

  • Narrative support for premium cosmetic content, character fantasy development, and monetized live-service experiences

  • Development and operational leadership of narrative and voice pipelines supporting global teams and external creative partners

  • Comics, motion comics, transmedia storytelling, and cross-platform narrative experiences
